Cost Effective Supply

Buildings are supplied flat packed to you - along with architectural drawings, build manual, and load list. Engineering certification can be supplied (price on application) if your local building control require this (SER certification for Central Scotland as well).Our aim is to supply you the most cost effective building, flat packed to your door, and thus giving you the choice on how much you spend on building it,   you give it go yourself or   hire someone in to   do this for you (we can point you in the right direction, if required).

Capital Steel Buildings

The framework is produced from cold rolled, galvanised Cee section of varying depths and gauges dependent on engineering factors, we use tophat wall and roof purlins or Zed section (engineering dependent). We use Plastisol coated steel cladding - either single skin, or insulated composite cladding 40mm, 60mm or 80mm thick dependent on your requirements. Anti drip coating, skylights, downpipes, gutters, filler's are all standard items (you choose what you want). Roller shutter doors (manual or electric) and heavy duty PA (single access) doors wheelchair friendly and fire exit(crashbar) doors all available.
